HOW TO APPLY

  • Fill up our online application form.

  • Submit a copy of one government issued ID if you’re a Filipino, and passport or i-card if you’re an Indian national.

  • There is a screening process and you will be notified if you qualify. Qualified applicants will be given further instructions on how to proceed with the membership process.

Qualifications

  • Must be a Filipino or Indian National;

  • Must be at least 18 years of age;

  • For Filipino applicants: must not have been convicted of a crime involving moral turpitude;

  • For applicants who are Indian nationals: their immigration status must be in good standing;

  • Must accomplish the FICWSI membership application form;

  • Must pay the registration fee/annual fee of Php10,000 (about USD200).

Member benefits

  • Entitlement to member welfare care;

  • Receipt of a custom FICWSI kit;

  • A member or a member’s business is prioritized in doing collaborations especially in the outreach activities.
